¬ ATHLETICS

NEW – Rugby Provincial Results

Boys Rugby:

After winning a tight match with South Delta Secondary, the boys secured a 6th place finish at Provincials, which is our highest ranking in program history.  It was a hard-fought season that saw us beat both St Michaels and Oak Bay to secure our trip to provincials. Well done, boys!

Girls are Provincial Champions:

The girls were able to avenge their Island Championship loss to Belmont in the Provincial semi-final (winning 20-15 in overtime).  The girls played Langley in the final, winning 37-0, securing another Provincial championship.  That makes 3 gold medal wins in the last 4 years for the girls, and 5 podium finishes in the 5 years that 7s rugby has been played provincially. Go Spartans!!!
