Timetables for 2024/25

Student preliminary timetables for next year can be found in the Student Portal on the Claremont website (Report Cards Online/Student Reporting). Students can access their timetables: ( using their SD63 user name and password.

NEW - Course Changes

For students who need to make changes to next year’s timetable: you must fill out a Course Change Request Form, which is available at the main office and in the Career Centre. The form can be returned to either office.  Due to the volume of requests, counsellors are not booking appointments, but will work directly from the information you provide on the form.

Lost & Found Table

Lost & found items are on tables in the horseshoe hallway near the front office, until noon THIS THURSDAY June 20 (note date change). Remaining items will be removed after lunch on THURSDAY and donated to charity.

Yearbooks will be handed out this week TODAY & THURSDAY at lunch and after school in the Student Lounge.

NEW - Locker Clean Out

If you missed out on Tuesday’s locker clean-out, please be sure to clean out your locker before the end of this week. Students who are returning to our school in 2024/25 should keep their lock for next year, while those students who no longer need their locks are encouraged to donate them to the accounting office so they can be reused next year.

Book Return

Please return any library books and text books you still have checked out to the library by TUESDAY, June 25. The best option is to HAND IN YOUR TEXTBOOKS AT YOUR FINAL EXAMS. Students will be charged for any books not returned by the end of the year. Please help us ensure we have enough textbooks for our September classes.

Fee Payments

Please double check that all school fees for the year have been paid (with Mrs. Waller in the Accounting office).

After School Homework Club

For all students who would like extra help in academic classes, help from Education Assistants is available four days a week (MONDAY-THURSDAY) for one hour after school in room 235. All academic subjects are welcome. This is open to all students in all grades.

¬ GRAD 2024

NEW – Your SD63 Student Accounts Will Be De-Activated in July

This is very important to our grade 12s (and ANY student who is leaving the Saanich School District).  Your student Google Accounts will be de-activated in July, so students will lose access to their Google Drive data when they leave Saanich Schools. To

ensure you can take your important data with you, please follow these INSTRUCTIONSTAKE CARE OF THIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE SCHOOL FOR THE SUMMER.

Extra Grad Ceremony Tickets

All of the extra tickets for the grad ceremony are sold out.  For anyone who did not get a ticket for the ceremony at UVic, they can still watch the ceremony online (the link will be put onto our school website) or in the UVic Farquhar Auditorium foyer on large TV monitors (there is limited seating, but the space is large).

We also ask that if anyone cannot use their purchased ticket on Grad day, to please return it to the Ticket Centre, so that someone else can use the seat.
